Delivery Information

Avelaine.in is fully committed to delivering customer ordered Products to all regions within the territory of India with good quality packaging within the given time frame.

The estimated delivery time for local orders is 2-3 working days, 3-7 working days for outstation orders and 5-9 working days for J &K, North Eastern Part of India and Southernmost states like Karnataka/Tamilnadu and Kerala. We ship on all days, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can typically track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched unless the same is not updated on account of issues beyond our reasonable control (for instance, technical issues with the logistics company, disruptions due to weather conditions, force majeure events including, strike, lockouts, server disruption, etc.)

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, send a mail to support@avelaine.in  mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you without any additional cost.

Shipping charges - Shipping charges may vary from time to time and region to region and will be made visible to the customer on the Site and/or Application before an order is placed by the End User. You can reach out to us at support@avelaine.in for any shipping related queries.
